Roomfitters Partner Agreement

This Partner Agreement is entered into between Roomfitters (the “Company”) and the participating business partner (the “Partner”).

1. Partnership Activities
The Partner agrees to promote Roomfitters products in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and may use the personalized storefront, promotional links, and other resources provided by the Company.

2. Commission Program
The Partner may earn a commission on eligible orders successfully referred through the Partner’s assigned promotional channels. Applicable commission rates, order eligibility, and payment records will be determined according to the information displayed in the UpPromote partner dashboard.

3. Confidentiality and Authorized Use
The Partner must not transfer, resell, misuse, or provide unauthorized access to their personalized storefront, discount codes, partner account, or confidential partnership information.

4. Membership Term and Renewal
This Agreement becomes effective after the Partner completes the required membership payment. The membership will renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled through the member account before the next renewal date.

5. Additional Terms
Additional program rules, eligibility requirements, commission conditions, and membership policies may apply as communicated by Roomfitters.
